Delivery Coverage
# We provide delivery across Bangladesh through trusted courier services.
#Within Dhaka city, delivery is usually completed within 1–3 business days.
# Outside Dhaka and in remote areas, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
# National holidays, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances may cause additional delivery delays.
Shipping Charges
# Dhaka City: 60–80 BDT (may vary depending on product volume/weight).
# Outside Dhaka: 120–150 BDT (subject to courier charges).
# Orders above a certain amount (e.g., 2000 BDT) may qualify for Free Delivery offers.
#Shipping charges will always be clearly mentioned on the invoice/checkout page.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
# We support Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders.
# Customers must pay the product price and shipping charge to the courier agent at the time of delivery.
# In some cases (special orders or high-value items), advance partial payment may be required.
# Important: If a customer refuses to receive the parcel upon delivery, they are still required to pay the delivery charge to the courier representative.
Packaging & Responsibility
# Every product is carefully packaged to minimize damage during transit.
# Once handed over to the courier, delivery responsibility lies with the courier company. However, we will provide maximum support if any issue arises.
